Fletcher & Company (previously Fletcher & Parry) was founded by Christy Fletcher and Emma Parry in 2003, when both left positions as Vice President at Carlisle & Co. In 2008, Christy Fletcher became sole owner of Fletcher & Co and the company expanded into management and production..

Today, Fletcher & Co is a full-service literary management and production company dedicated to writers of upmarket non-fiction as well as commercial and literary fiction. We analyze the potential of a writers' work, strategize in each area of exploitation (publishing, film/tv, translation, licensing, derivative products), and execute according to that plan. Where needed, we go to the appropriate specialist to augment our own efforts, working with an outside publicist, marketing consultant, or merchandising agent. We have extensive relationships across the span of intellectual property management, though much can be handled internally.

The work begins and ends with the written word, so everyone at Fletcher & Co has a strong editorial eye. We collaborate with the author and publisher throughout the publication process. From conceptualizing a book with a journalist looking for an idea, to conceptualizing a jacket with the publisher, attention to detail is a critical part of what we provide.
